CABALLOS MAYORAL, the stud farm of Purebred Spanish Horses is situated in San Mateo de Gállego, an Aragonese village 20 kmts northeast of Zaragoza. A village of agriculture and cattle-raising traditions with climate appropriate for the healthy growth of these animals.   The village is of a high turistic value for its cultural inheritance, its Mudejar history. Ample sport facilities give you the opportunity to practice different kinds of sports whereas the picturesque landscape enables you to enjoy peace and harmony. Not far away are The Pyrenees Mountains and the French border.   You are cordially invited to visit our farm and we will be pleased to assist you in arranging a suitable accommodation.

OUR STUD FARM was established in 1985 with horses of origins: Military Stud of Jerez de la Frontera and Carthusian lineage. Subsequently we have purchased mares and foals from the stud farm of Sir Alvaro Domecq Romero, well-known for his morphological and functional selection, demonstrated throughout the years by this family in the equestrian world. The founder and director of the Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre, prestigious mounted bullfighter, whose great breeding and equestrian experience is reflected among many of his horses in *Invasor II*, winner of the Silver medal at the last Olympic Games in Athens in 2004.   Our mares have the same origins as *Invasor II*, are strong with extraordinary movements and are thoroughly attended in order to continue with the selection process so important for the future of this breed, which possibly is the best horse breed in the world.
